just be & Women's Wellness are teaming up to offer donation based yoga classes for people dealing with addiction. These classes are open to everyone and will alternate locations. First Friday: Women's Wellness and Third Friday: just be.

Chakra Yoga & Sound Bath w/ Andrea and Raleigh
Join Andrea Cashman and Raleigh Padgett as they guide you through intentional flowing yoga, balanced by stillness in restorative poses. Movement along with the vibrational healing of singing bowls are aligned with the energy centers (chakras) of the body that will all culminate in restful meditation.
