Just Be Yoga & Wellness is a continuation of the work that Cindy Agro started in 2012, when she opened the doors of Ganga Flow.  Studio owner, Melissa Andersen, is committed to offering you classes, workshops, and events that will allow you to "just be" wherever you are in your life and on your journey and exploration of yoga and wellness. Whether you are coming to your mat for the first time, have practiced for 10 years, are growing life within you, or are introducing yoga to your little one, there is a place for you.  

 

As important as our mat practice is, so are the connections we make with the people around us. This is why, in addition to our weekly classes, there are several events and workshops held throughout the year to help create and foster a supportive community of people.

Donation Based Yoga for Recovery

just be & Women's Wellness are teaming up to offer monthly donation based yoga classes for people dealing with addiction. These classes are open to everyone and will alternate locations between jb & ww every month.

Mother's Day Yoga


Start your day with guilt free self care! Join us for a special Mother's Day practice for all levels (beginners welcome). Following the practice, stay for a few and enjoy a mimosa or OJ with the other fierce *mamas.

*this is an all inclusive class. ALL are welcome to join.

Spring Cleaning the Body & Mind


Join Melissa for a warm practice that will focus on poses to assist the body in its natural detoxification process. We will play with twists, folds, and inversions. 

Following the practice will be a discussion with Michele Leite, the owner of Sprout Juice Bar. Michele will provide free juice samples for participants.
