Each week, bring your little one and join us for yoga, stories, music and play. This class is a pay what you'd like class with a suggested donation of $10/family.

Donation Based Yoga for Recovery

just be & Women's Wellness are teaming up to offer donation based yoga classes for people dealing with addiction. These classes are open to everyone and will alternate locations. First Friday: Women's Wellness and Third Friday: just be.

Up Against The Wall Workshop

In this 90 minute worskhop, we will use the wall to support us to find better stretch, posture, and balance. You will hopefully become more open in some of your favorite yoga poses- from the warm up to savasana. With the help of the wall stabilizing us, we will explore poses standing, sitting,  laying down, and even inversions. This workshop will allow you to get a better understanding of your allignemnt to deepen your practice.

Kids Yoga Series (Ages 5-9)

Sign your kids up for our first kids series of the school year. Over 6 weeks, we will explore ways to use yoga and mindfulness to navigate through life's challenging moments (the big ones and the small ones).
