Just Be Yoga & Wellness is a continuation of the work that Cindy Agro started in 2012, when she opened the doors of Ganga Flow.  Studio owner, Melissa Andersen, is committed to offering you classes, workshops, and events that will allow you to "just be" wherever you are in your life and on your journey and exploration of yoga and wellness. Whether you are coming to your mat for the first time, have practiced for 10 years, are growing life within you, or are introducing yoga to your little one, there is a place for you.  

 

As important as our mat practice is, so are the connections we make with the people around us. This is why, in addition to our weekly classes, there are several events and workshops held throughout the year to help create and foster a supportive community of people.

Kids' Yoga Series (ages 6-9) w/ Melissa

Let your kids join Melissa in this 6 week series as they learn the basics of yoga & mindfulness and how to use both in their every day lives. Yoga and mindfulness in children help to improve self regulation and promote physical as well as mental health.

Wednesdays in November

Yoga on the Farm w/ Melissa and S'mores, the Goat

Join Melissa for goat yoga every Wednesday at Testo Family Farms in Milford during their weekly farmer's market. This class is designed to be fun and playful. S'mores, the goat, will join us and will interact with anyone who's interested (and offers him food, provided to each attendee before class begins). You may sign up in advance or pay when you get there. The class is $20. The farm is beautiful and there are several local vendors there every week. It's a great way to celebrate fall in New England.

Ashtanga/Vinyasa Pop Up w/ Megan Gagliardi

This class will be a blend of the traditional Ashtanga primary series and a fluid vinyasa flow. This will be a strong flow with minimal pose cueing. A foundation in a strong yoga practice is highly recommended as movement will be continuous. This class will produce strong meditative flow that will focus on strength, flexibility and breath.

Donation Based Yoga for Recovery

just be & Women's Wellness are teaming up to offer monthly donation based yoga classes for people dealing with addiction. These classes are open to everyone and will alternate locations between jb & ww every month.

Thanksgiving Flow w/ Melissa

Take some time on your mat on Thanksgiving morning to reflect and find gratitude for all that is. This is a donation based glass and all proceeds will go to Milford Food 2 Kids.
