Monthly Restorative Yoga
Kelly will be offering Restorative Yoga on the first Sunday of every month. Restorative Yoga is a calming practice for all abilities. Often using many props, you will be guided into relaxing poses and will hold the poses for several minutes. Remaining in the poses for this length of time encourages your body to release tension and your mind to quiet. It is a great way to end your weekend and prepare for the week ahead.
